At FilArts.com, shipping and handling are based on the delivery option you so choose, the weight, size, dimensions of your item or items and the order value. You will see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page at Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.
Refunds and Returns:
FilArts.com is happy to accept most returned merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or is the wrong item, you must first contact us at customerservice@filarts.com, and we will coordinate with our shipping carrier the pickup of the merchandise. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item being returned is defective, damaged, mis-shipped or short-shipped, different item or color than what the customer ordered.
